Celebrate The Small Things: December 30, 2016

Celebrate the Small Things is hosted by  Lexa Cain  along with wonderful co- hosts  Writing Off The Edge  and  The Cyborg Mom . I have not been here in a while, not for lack of things to celebrate but for lack of time to write.  The last two months of the year at work are super busy which is it's own thing to celebrate.  I am however celebrating the slightly less hectic times to come. This week I am celebrating getting some much needed time off to spend with family and friends. What are you celebrating?

Currently.... {I read  Jamie Morrow's  Currently every week and I always want to hop on board because it seems like such a fun way to keep you guys updated on the stuff going on in my life so here I am.} Loving... Over the course of the holiday season so far I picked up some fantastic cups and bottles and I am in love with them all.  I purchased on a whim a new water bottle from the impulse buys in the line at Winners and it is the best I have ever had, keeps water super cold and doesn't leak.  I received a tea strainer bottle from my bosses and it is my new addiction and my darling coworker got me a tea strainer cup which is perfect for reading at home.  So easy to hydrate right now. Reading... I was lucky enough that Santa brought me lots of books for Christmas.  Right now I am reading The Accidental Tourist by Anne Tyler.  These three are up next: Watching... An Accidental Blogging Break

Wow, it feels like it has been a while.  Things got super hectic for me and I just have not felt the urge to put fingers to keyboard and write for a while.  A bit of the oh my gosh winter is starting blues I suppose.  I am back though and starting a new journey that I would like to embark on with my blogging world in tow. My good friend convinced me that we NEEDED to join Weight Watchers together last week.  It was on sale and she had a go results with them before and though I had an easy time by myself after Cat I am struggling now after that medication weight gain I had last year and really could use the help. So I will be back to blogging at least sporadically in December with all the fantastic things I am making to stop myself from snacking ( I have started a sweater) and the fun recipes I have cobbled together to feed my kids that are still healthy and low points for me. (my homemade chicken soup is only 4 points a serving) Plus I have been reading up a storm and the Toronto
