I love classic rock. It is by far my favorite music genre. I was introduced to it at a very young age as I shared a room with my older sister. Today is her birthday. She would have been 63, but I lost her to cancer 21 years ago. Her taste in music still influences me to this day.

I love all sorts of music. I grew up listening to Status Quo so that has a special place in my heart, but then in my teens it was all about Steps, hehe.
ReplyDeleteThe Beach Boys always equal summer to me.
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I mostly listened to the Pop songs on TV and radio in 90's. I had a few CDs but was always out of batteries for my disk-man. I remember back then boy bands were pretty big deal.
ReplyDeleteEnjoyed reading your post, bought back nostalgia of growing up :)
Best Wishes!
One of my strongest memories of elementary school was our talent show in sixth grade. The guy I had a crush on and three of his friends sang "Elvira." My crush turned out to be gay--I guess my gay-dar wasn't so strong at 12!
