Finding words that began with J was a little harder than I thought it would be.
Jejune
Definition: lacking interest or significance or impact.
Sentence: The works called good are dry and jejune, soon consummated, often of questionable value, and leaving behind them when finished a sense of vacuity.

Jejune is one of those words that I always have to look up when I'm reading a book on my Kindle. I can never remember exactly what it means!
