The Exercise Alphabet
A really big resolution for me this year is to get back into shape, I have a lot of important events coming up and the extra 40lbs I put on over the last few months of super stress have not made me happy. Not to mention they won't help fitting into all the expensive dresses that are already purchased.
I first saw this idea on International Geek Girls Pen Pals Club who were doing a word a day for the month of January. I changed the alphabet up a bit as there are some specific areas that I really want to work and I am offering you a word a day for the next year. Let's get in some extra exercise together.
A – 20 Alternating Hammer Curls
B – 10 Lateral Raises
C – 1 Minute Jump Rope
D – 20 Crunches
E – 10 Sumo Squats
F – 1 Minutes Toy Soliders
G – 20 Bicycle Crunches
H – 1 Minute High Knees
I – 20 Shoulder Width Squats
J – 1 Minute Butt Kicks
K – 20 Alternating Front Raises
L – 10 Alternating Side Lunges
M - 1 Minute Jogging on The Spot
N - 1 Minutes Wall Sit
O - 10 Push Ups
P - 10 Sit Ups
Q - 20 Hip Circles
R - 30 Arm Circles
S - 20 Alternating Front Lunges
T - 25 Jumping Jacks
U - 20 Mountain Climbers
V - 20 Alternating Biceps Curls
W - 20 Narrow Squats
X - 20 Alternating Back Lunges
Y - 10 Shoulder Presses
Z - 10 Tricep Dips
Now this is not a completely body weight list, there are some exercises that free weights would be recommended for. I look forward to getting fit with you and learning some new words starting tomorrow.
